So far I have tried 6 cakes and each one has been amazing. What's so impressive is that there really is no compromise on taste even with all the constraints on the ingredients and cooking process to ensure that the desserts are healthy and nutritious. For anyone with a 'sweet tooth' I really think this is the future of desserts. Why eat the empty calories and sugar bomb of cakes made by an industrialised process when you can have a healthy dessert that tastes great and actually provides nutrition?
